Request for Bids

This section will highlight any open bids for DaVinci Academy. Request for bids will be made for procurement of purchases between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Anything above $100,000.00 will be procured via sealed bid. Companies may respond to request for bids by contacting either the Director of Operations, Cassy Anderson (canderson1@davincicharterschool.org) or the Executive Director, Antonio Kuklok (akuklok@davincicharterschool.org).

Request for Proposals (RFP) Invitation, Special Education Director Services for the 2026-2027 school year. DaVinci Academy of Arts and Science invites qualified special education providers to submit proposals to provide special education director contracted services for the 2026-2027 school year. Proposals can be sent directly to the Executive Director, Antonio Kuklok, at: akuklok@davincichcarterschool.org

  • Request for Proposals (RFP) Invitation, Student Transportation Services DaVinci Academy of Arts and Science invites qualified transportation providers to submit proposals to provide student transportation services for the 2026–2027 and 2027–2028 school years. Please see the Request for Proposal Transportation for more details.

  • DaVinci Academy of Arts and Science is seeking bids from qualified contractors for interior construction work to enclose existing breakout rooms and to convert an open area of the building into office space. The scope of work includes all required site coordination, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and finish work, in accordance with the provided designs and specifications.   • Septic Tank Replacement Meeting – Bid Documents

  • DaVinci Academy is seeking competitive quotes from qualified vendors to provide lease, maintenance, and support for three copiers to meet our printing needs for the 2026-2027 school year. We are looking for partners who can deliver reliable equipment, flexible service, and responsive support to help our staff and students operate efficiently. Vendors are invited to submit proposals that address the specifications outlined in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). All responses must be received by March 6, 2026.
