Emily Ginder

Middle School Science Teacher

Mrs. Ginder was born and raised in Brownsburg, Indiana. Emily graduated from Indiana University- Purdue University of Indianapolis with a B.S. in Biology and a research notation for her work in a highly accredited Down Syndrome laboratory. She then worked in pharmaceutical research cancer and neurological medications. Emily applied to The New Teacher Project, TNTP and began teaching Biology in Indianapolis serving underprivileged youth and completed an AmericaCorps project. In 2018 Emily’s family relocated to Minnesota. Emily enjoys hiking, biking, working out, spending time with her husband, gardening and helping her younger family members with college level math.
