Annual audit reports, 990 tax returns, budgets and year-to-date financial statements are available upon request from the office.

In accordance with Minnesota Statute 124D.10 subd. 14, a charter school must report to its authorizer the information required by the authorizer.
Community Comment
Community Comment is the only open forum during DaVinci Academy’s monthly Board meetings, providing a platform for sharing concerns or issues with the Board of Directors. A total of ten minutes is allotted for Community Comment, with each speaker allowed up to two minutes to present.
Please review Policy 206, which outlines the procedures for maintaining open and orderly public discussion while safeguarding individual privacy and due process rights. According to Policy 206, the Board typically does not take immediate action on new issues raised during Community Comment unless deemed necessary or in an emergency.
A countdown timer will be used to ensure each speaker stays within the allotted time.
