Lancer Catering provides meals for DaVinci Academy’s hot lunch program. To participate in the program, families must place their orders prior to the start of every month. Monthly pre-ordering ensures that we have enough food for all students who have ordered a hot meal or milk.

How to pre-order meals. DaVinci Academy families are required to pre-order and pre-pay for student meals on a monthly basis.  Orders are placed electronically by each family through MenuOrder.com, our online lunch order program. You can then print one family calendar to post at home.  Please note, MenuOrder.com may not work on "touch" devices such as tablets or smart phones.

An order email will be sent out when the ordering period is opened for the month and will indicate when the order period will close; a separate email link is required for lunch and for breakfast orders.  To place a meal order, use the email link to go directly to your family order page.   Once in MenuOrder.com:

1. select the ? icon for additional directions,
2. click "next" for the current menu,
3. select the child's first name to access their order form, and
4. be sure to hit the SUBMIT button (bottom right corner) when you are ready to save each child’s order.

If you need to complete a paper copy of the form instead, you can obtain one from the school office.   If you have any problems entering your order, please email FoodService@Davincicharterschool.org or feel free to submit a paper copy of this menu.

Important reminders

1.        All orders are due by end of the school day on the due date indicated.
2.        The price for an additional slice of pizza or second servings (grade 6-8 only) is $1.50 per slice for ALL students, even if they are approved for free or reduced-price meals.
3.        You cannot pre-order meals for your child if you maintain a negative balance in their account. Please submit all required funds to bring balance up to date with the order form(s).
4.        All students who want a meal must submit an order form even if you are not required to deposit money into their lunch account at that time.

Milk is included with the cost of every meal order. You can also place additional funds in your child's lunch account to cover milk-only purchases for days they bring lunch from home or if they want to get a second milk.  You do not need to pre-order milk-only purchases through MenuOrder.com; simply make sure that you place the needed funds in their lunch account.

How to Pay for Food Service Purchases.  Please note MenuOrder.com is an online ordering program only, not a payment system. Parents/guardians can pre-fund the food service account by sending a check or cash to the school office or make an online credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, Discover only) or ACH transfer through SchoolPaymentPortal.com. Parents/guardians paying food service fees online will be responsible for all transaction fees.  If you would like to avoid the transaction fees, please submit a check to the school office. If you are ordering for more than one student, we would appreciate if you would send your payment along with a copy of your family order calendar or indicate the payment breakdown on your check (e.g. Lunch: John $12.50, Jane $31.50).  Checks may be written to DaVinci Academy.
