Fall Session
2024-25 Fall Session: September 9 – November 21 from 3:15 – 4:30 pm on school days. Some activities will begin earlier and/or end later than these dates. Take note of these differences for activities that you register for and plan accordingly.
Registration will be open August 20-30 for most activities. Some activities, including the Fall Musical, have a different schedule.
Register for activities offered by DaVinci Academy faculty and staff using the School Store in Infinite Campus. (Instructions for Activity Registration) Activity fees are due at the time of registration. Staff is secured and materials are purchased based on registration numbers and fees collected, which means that refunds and/or exchanges are not typically possible.
If an activity becomes full, it will no longer be available to purchase within the school store. To join the waitlist for an activity, contact Julie Kresh.
Activities offered by community partners will need to be registered for and paid for through them. Note: Taekwondo is an OFF-SITE activity.
*NOTE: DaVinci Academy DOES NOT offer bus transportation after activities. All children must be picked up from school promptly after their activity has ended.
The application for Educational Benefits is for more than lunches. By completing the application, students may receive reduced fees for activities and other programs. For families who would like to apply for Educational Benefits, the form is now available online through Infinite Campus. Families will need to complete an application for each school year, as they do not carry over from year to year. Paper copies are also available in the school office.

Description: Got a little artist at home turning every corner into their personal gallery? It’s time for their creativity to meet the vibrant world of Young Rembrandts! Watch in awe as their pencils whirl across the paper, drawing everything from yummy taffy apples to charming seasonal scarecrows, and bunnies full of sass. We are even sprinkling a bit of Van Gogh magic with some vibrant sunflower sketches. Embark on an artistic adventure filled with colors and imagination they’ll absolutely adore. Fall Into Yoga – Grades 4-5 : Mondays – $72

Description: Come audition for the fall musical, Frankie Builds Androids!
Meet Frankie, a brilliant but socially awkward student who can’t seem to connect with her classmates. When a group project goes awry, Frankie devises an unconventional solution: she replaces all her classmates with android replicas, each programmed to correct their flaws. What follows is a hilarious and unexpected string of events that challenges Frankie’s ideas of belonging and perfection. Featuring a modern synth-pop score, this sci-fi musical comedy explores the ways we build narratives around one another and how a community where everyone is exactly the same is not a community at all.
Auditions for the Fall Musical will be in the PAC on Friday, August 16 from 3:30-5:00 pm for Middle School students and on Monday, August 19 for students in grades 4-5. Interested students must attend the appropriate audition date. Callbacks, if needed, will be held on Tuesday, August 20 from 3:30-5:00 pm in the PAC.
Anyone interested in being part of the Stage Crew should express interest directly to Ms. Sweeney and Ms. Severson and will be notified on September 27 regarding those assignments.
Rehearsals will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays after school.
School day performances are scheduled for October 29 and 30. Community performances are scheduled for Friday, November 1 at 6:30 pm and Saturday, November 2 at 11:00 am.
Once the cast list is posted, families of students who receive a role in the fall musical should log into their Infinite Campus parent portal account and pay the associated fee using the Infinite Campus School Store. Fees are to be paid in full by September 20.

Description: Golf Squad is a golf program that meets once a week with a golf industry professional. All participating families receive weekly emails detailing what students will be doing and learning that week in class. All essentials are provided during on campus classes (Golf Squad Handbook, training equipment, fitted golf clubs, etc.); each student receives a Golf Squad Handbook and Golf Squad hat/visor to keep.

Highly recommended for anyone interested in trying out for DaVinci’s Academic Bowl Team in October.
