Request for Bids

This section will highlight any open bids for DaVinci Academy. Request for bids will be made for procurement of purchases between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Anything above $100,000.00 will be procured via sealed bid. Companies may respond to request for bids by contacting either the Director of Operations, Cassy Anderson (canderson1@davincicharterschool.org) or the Executive Director, Antonio Kuklok (akuklok@davincicharterschool.org).

Open Bid Requests:

  • Snow Removal Bids – 2025-2026 School Year
    DaVinci Academy is now accepting bids for snow removal services for the 2025-2026 school year. Interested vendors should submit proposals by October 1, 2025. For more information and bid specifications, please contact Cassandra Anderson (canderson1@davincicharterschool.org)

  • Procurement Announcement: Request for Proposals (RFP) – Health Insurance Services. DaVinci Academy of Arts and Science is formally announcing its intent to go out for bid for group health insurance services for eligible employees. We are seeking competitive proposals from qualified insurance carriers and brokers that can offer comprehensive and cost-effective health insurance plans beginning January 1, 2026. The official Request for Proposals (RFP) will be released on August 1, 2025. Interested parties are encouraged to review the RFP for detailed specifications, eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission deadlines.
