Request for Bids

This section will highlight any open bids for DaVinci Academy. Request for bids will be made for procurement of purchases between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Anything above $100,000.00 will be procured via sealed bid. Companies may respond to request for bids by contacting either the Director of Operations, Cassy Anderson (canderson1@davincicharterschool.org) or the Executive Director, Antonio Kuklok (akuklok@davincicharterschool.org).

Open Bid Requests:

  • DaVinci Academy is seeking competitive quotes from qualified vendors to provide lease, maintenance, and support for three copiers to meet our printing needs for the 2026-2027 school year. We are looking for partners who can deliver reliable equipment, flexible service, and responsive support to help our staff and students operate efficiently. Vendors are invited to submit proposals that address the specifications outlined in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). All responses must be received by March 6, 2026. We look forward to reviewing solutions that balance performance, cost, and service excellence.   • Snow Removal Bids – 2025-2026 School Year
