Mrs. Maulik chose to work at DaVinci Academy for many reasons. With a background in the arts, she experienced firsthand the influence the arts can have on academic success. Integrating arts and science into instruction encourages children to think critically, learn creatively, and try new ideas.

Lauren has taught Kindergarten at DaVinci Academy since 2017 and holds an Elementary Education degree from Bemidji State University. She lives in Coon Rapids with her husband and two sons — both DaVinci students. Lauren joined the board in January 2026, bringing the combined perspective of teacher and parent to the table.

Saurabh is a strategic program leader with 18 years of experience in product development and supply chain optimization, currently leading New Product Introduction at Cummins. He holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a mechanical engineering degree. Saurabh lives with his wife and son and enjoys running, traveling, and endurance racing.

Vivek is a senior business and analytics leader with 20+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide transformation, currently at Medtronic. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Thomas, teaching Analytics and Business Planning. Vivek is committed to strong governance and inclusive, student-centered education.
