New Student Enrollment Process

Thank you for your interest in DaVinci Academy for your child! We are currently accepting applications for the 2017-18 school year to be included in the lottery which will be held in February 2017. Application forms from new students received during our open enrollment period, which ends January 31, 2017 will be included in our admissions lottery.  Applications received after the January 31st deadline will be placed on the waiting list. We are full for the 2016-17 school year, but you are welcome to apply to place your child on the waiting list.

To apply, please fill out the online application form which can be accessed using the link below. Please note:

  • Applications will be accepted by creating an enrollment account (done in the online application linked below).  **Please carefully check the school year for which you are applying.
  • You may create one account and add multiple children as applicants.
  • Wait lists cannot be carried over from one year to the next.
  • An application must be completed for each year until your child is enrolled. Enrolled students do not have to reapply each year.
  • If you have submitted a paper application the administration will create an online account for you.  Watch your email for that confirmation when the account has been created.  You will need to create a password, add additional information and submit before your child is officially enrolled into the lottery.

To apply, please fill out the online application form below, or download a paper application form and return it to the school via mail, email, fax, or by dropping it off in the school office.

  • You must complete a separate form for each child.
  • Wait lists cannot be carried over from one year to the next.  A new application must be completed each year until your child is enrolled.
  • Enrolled students do not have to reapply each year.
