Mrs. Ratcliff was born and Lima Peru were she graduated as a Kindergarten Teacher and also obtained a degree as Speech Pathologist and children with Learning Disabilities. Moved to Minnesota in 1997. Her passion for teaching and sharing not only her language, but also her culture brought her to attend the Graduate School at Bethel University to become a Spanish Teacher. She has taught children for many years in her country. Since she moved to Minnesota, she has taught Spanish for 14 years in a private school, taught Spanish to adults in Anoka Ramsey Community College, had founded her own Spanish Immersion Learning Center and also taught Kindergarten for Minneapolis Public Schools. She is also co-founder of a non profit Cultural Organization in the Twin Cities. Mrs. Ratcliff loves being around students and always puts her experience and knowledge in showing them different perspectives in education as well as sharing plenty of stories and vivid experiences with them about her culture.
